Bayt Al-Zakat Australia is an Australian Organisation established to promote charitable purposes in Australia and Overseas.
The journey of Bayt Al-Zakat in Australia started in 1989 with the launch of the “Orphan Sponsorship” program to sponsor orphans in North Lebanon. Few years later other projects were established aimed to support the poor and needy in North Lebanon: the “Qurban-Adahi” (Sacrificial animals), the “Food Parcels” and other “Ramadhan” projects.
